I had an amazing stay at the hotel with breathtaking views of the Beagle Channel and a wonderfully relaxing experience. The service was exceptional, with staff always eager to help. While the location felt a bit remote with limited nearby attractions, the complimentary shuttle made it convenient to get into town. The dining options were great, though I'd love to see a few healthier choices for breakfast.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, where the stunning view of the Beagle Channel stole my breath away. The staff was exceptionally warm and accommodating, truly making me feel welcome throughout my visit. Although the room got a bit chilly at times due to drafty doors and windows, the overall experience was amazing. The free shuttle service to the town was a convenient perk, making it easy to explore the area. A few improvements, especially in room amenities, would make this place perfect.

My stay here had its ups and downs. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking, especially those overlooking the Beagle Channel. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, with limited options that didn’t change throughout my stay. The staff was excellent and attentive, which made up for some shortcomings in the room quality and amenities.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, though I did notice the distance to town may be a drawback for some.
